Here I am again. :) God wants you to read this. This is His message to you right now.
"Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ." -1 Corinthians 11:1
What is Spiritual growth? It is becoming more and more like Jesus Christ. God wants us to grow like His Son. When Jesus Christ our Lord is still living in this planet 2,000 years ago He also suffer temptations, trials and other bad influences, but He didn’t let those things pull Him away. He loves His Father and He loves us too. He sacrifices a lot to save you from the fires of hell. He always trust the Lord.
Be like Christ. Imitate His ways. We are not saved by service but for service.
Today, I want to tell you how much God loves us. He died on the cross to ransom us from our sins. I can’t explain that kind of love, not even a word in the dictionary. All I really know is He loves us so much. Don’t condemn yourselves. It’s already done. We are already forgiven, all we have to do is to repent and accept that we are sinners. Believe that He can do everything.
“God didn’t promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, or sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way. If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.”—
Lord, high and holy, meek and lowly, Thou hast brought me to the valley of vision, where I live in the depths but see Thee in the heights; hemmed in by mountains of sin I behold Thy glory.
Let me learn by paradox that the way down is the way up, that to be low is to be high, that the broken heart is the healed heart, that the contrite spirit is the rejoicing spirit, that the repenting soul is the victorious soul, that to have nothing is to possess all, that to bear the cross is to wear the crown, that to give is to receive, that the valley is the place of vision.
Lord, in the daytime stars can be seen from deepest wells, and the deeper the wells the brighter Thy stars shine; let me find Thy light in my darkness, Thy life in my death, Thy joy in my sorrow, Thy grace in my sin, Thy riches in my poverty, Thy glory in my valley.
